A champion of continuous improvement, Sebastian provides consultancy on Lean process improvement projects in a variety of businesses and sectors and is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, as well as being experienced in assessing organisations against excellence models such as the EFQM Model, being, both an EFQM Certified Advisor and EFQM Certified Trainer. He is also well practiced in the use of various change management, process management, project management and continuous improvement tools and techniques at both strategic and operational levels. He is a qualified Lead Auditor for the ISO 9001 (Quality) management system standard and also has qualifications and experience in 45001 (Health and Safety), IOSH Certified and helps our clients with their internal auditing of multi-location sites, involving both single standard and dual-standard audits.
Before becoming a consultant, Sebastian worked with a major pharmaceutical and healthcare company for nearly thirty years in a variety of roles, involving data management and major systems cutovers and the management and outsourcing of facilities services. He designed, implemented and managed comprehensive supply chain assessment programmes on a global basis across the pharmaceuticals, consumer healthcare and vaccines businesses.
As an internal supply chain consultant he carried out supply chain redesign for the vaccines business, before moving into artwork and pack management, running two major service centres. In India this included overall account management of end-to-end supply chain services, with a team of seven hundred people.
Sebastian is a Member of Association of Project Management, a Member of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and Commerce (FRSA).
