Rajah has been working as a consultant for over three years. He is a qualified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor and also has qualifications and experience in ISO 14001 (Environment), 45001 (Health and Safety) and 23001 (Business Continuity), recently helping our clients with their internal auditing of multi-location sites, involving both single standard and multi-standard audits.
He is also a specialist in employee opinion research and has considerable experience in employee engagement and the use of employee insight research, effectively using the views and opinions of an organisation’s people to not only improve the working environment and business profitability, but also to aid strategic decision making. He also has previous experience of providing market research consultancy across a wide range of areas, including employee, customer and business-to-business research. He has designed, commissioned and managed quantitative and qualitative market research in many areas.
Prior to working as a consultant, Rajah had a twenty year career working within Royal Mail in roles ranging from front line operations to strategic and operational development. His responsibilities included delivering the “Have Your Say” employee opinion survey, the largest single survey of its type in Europe at the time. He led its strategic use as a mechanism for employee engagement and dialogue, championing employee opinion and its appropriate use both within Royal Mail Group and externally.
