Paul Grizzell is President of Core Values Partners, Inc., an international partner of Ley Hill Solutions, helping organisations to focus, align, and accelerate their improvement efforts using the Baldrige Framework for Performance Excellence and the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) Model.
He is a Master Examiner on the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award Board of Examiners and a Certified Advisor and Assessor for EFQM, the only person to have these qualifications with both organisations, demonstrating his commitment to global performance excellence. He has led multiple site visits and trained hundreds of Baldrige Examiners during nineteen years of participation with the program and also judges and trains examiners for various US state and regional quality award programs, including the American Health Care Association (AHCA) highest-level Gold Quality Award.
Paul is a frequent keynote presenter at performance excellence conferences around the globe, including India, China, Thailand and the Middle East. His international experience includes serving as the Foreign Evaluation Expert for the China Association for Quality and the Performance Excellence Partner with ASQ China.
He has helped establish results-oriented, customer-focused performance excellence initiatives in manufacturing, health care, small business, education and non-profit organisations, including training manufacturing employees from China, Thailand, Singapore, and Malaysia.
Before he founded Core Values Partners, Paul spent time driving performance excellence strategies as an employee of Medtronic, Xcel Energy, Koch Industries, and Studer Group.
Paul Grizzell is a co-author, with Mark Blazey, of Insights to Performance Excellence: Using the Baldrige Framework and Other Integrated Management Systems, published by the American Society for Quality.
