Leslie joined Ley Hill Solutions early in 2018, following her post as Compliance Manager for a major telecommunications company. She is a Lead Auditor for the ISO management system standard 27001 (Information Security) and an Internal Auditor for ISO 44001 (Collaborative Business Relationships), as well as having extensive experience in helping businesses achieve ISO standards 27001 and 9001 (Quality). She has also audited and maintained ISO 20000-1 (Service Management) and 45001 (Health & Safety). In addition, she provides information security training and standard awareness training for both ISO 27001 and 9001, helping businesses achieve certification to these by ensuring all employees are knowledgeable of the standard’s requirements.
Leslie’s experience prior to joining us includes responsibility for the implementation and maintenance of ISO standards, as well as providing the administrative support around the PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard). She has worked for businesses within the telecommunication, open source and IT service provider industries. She has been responsible for heading both the HR and H&S functions, to ensure the safety of the organisation’s employees and compliance with employment law and health and safety regulations and is a member of the CIPD (formerly the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development). She also headed the facilities function and managed numerous office locations and a data centre.
Leslie is a member of the BSI committee for IT Service Management and has experience dealing with governmental and standard authorities, such as the Information Commissioner’s Office, the telecommunication Ombudsman and Visa Europe, for the payment card industry standard.
