She is expert in change management, business improvement and the implementation and maintenance of certificated ISO management system standards, having over fifteen years’ experience of implementing single, multi and integrated management systems across a wide range of standards, business sectors and size of organisation. This includes gaining senior management buy-in, managing implementation and maintenance across multi-disciplinary teams, auditing, audit planning and scheduling and liaising with external auditors.

Jaimie is a qualified Lead Auditor for the ISO 9001 management system standard and also has qualifications in and extensive knowledge of ISO standards 45001 (Health and Safety), 14001(Environment), 27001(Information Security), 22301 (Business Continuity) and 20000-1 (Service Management), as well as being a member of the BSI committee for IT Service Management. She also has hands on knowledge of many change and quality management tools and techniques.

One of her recent achievements has been the management and co-ordination over three years of a vast internal audit programme, across a range of eight management system standards, on behalf of a large telecommunications network provider. This included the timely provision of ISO qualified internal auditors for both single standard and multi-standard audits across multiple sites and locations.

In addition to supporting traditional business sectors, Jaimie is able to use her own personal experience with small businesses in the agricultural sector to provide support in a more niche environment.

Prior to joining us, Jaimie primarily worked for nearly twenty years in the telecommunications engineering, telecommunications supply and LAN management industries, in companies providing services such as 24/7 Network Management. Her roles included responsibility for change management, health and safety management and the implementation and maintenance of a range of management system standards, including quality, environment and health and safety.
