ISO 45001 Training Pathways

ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety training courses are available to support individuals and organisations in developing, implementing, and auditing Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems (OHSMS). These courses are structured across three levels: Introduction, Intermediate, and Advanced, and they are delivered through e-learning, virtual tutor-led sessions, and in-house formats.

Level 1: Introduction

Learning Outcomes:

  • Understand the purpose and benefits of an Occupational Health & Safety Management System (OH&S MS).
  • Learn the structure and key clauses of ISO 45001:2018.
  • Recognise the role of health and safety in organisational performance and legal compliance.
  • Understand the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle and Annex SL structure.
  • Identify how ISO 45001 applies across different operational contexts.

Level 2: Intermediate

  • BSI: ISO 45001 Implementer, ISO 45001 Internal Auditor

Learning Outcomes:

  • Apply ISO 45001 requirements to workplace health and safety processes.

  • Conduct internal audits and report findings.

Level 3: Advanced
