We are delighted to announce a brand new partnership between Ley Hill Solutions and ICXI – International Customer Experience Institute. We will be their UK & Ireland Associate Consulting Partner (ACP), a certified consultancy helping organisations implement the International CX Standard or Digital CX Standard.
First established in the UK, the institute aims to provide a platform to measure customer standards internationally. To complement existing Management System frameworks, or as a standalone standard, the ICXI standards aim to provide organisations with a tool to measure, maintain and improve their customers’ experience.
