Last week marked a truly special milestone for us at Ley Hill Solutions – our 25th anniversary! To celebrate, we gathered with team members past and present, along with friends and supporters who have been part of our journey, to reflect on how far we’ve come.
It all began in 2000, when Graham Hull founded the business as a sole trader. Our very first client was Marconi, and just two years later, Graham earned his first ISO Lead Qualification, which was a key step that helped shape the direction of our work.
In 2007, the team began to grow with the addition of three associates, including Tom McCormick and Andrew Penn. Then in 2016, Jaimie Lithgow joined as our first official employee, marking the start of a new chapter.
Since then, we’ve continued to thrive. We achieved ISO 9001 certification ourselves, and both Graham and Norman Hughes were honoured with EFQM Lifetime Excellence Awards, which was a proud moment for all of us.
Today, we’re proud to be a dynamic team of six: Graham Hull, Jaimie Lithgow, Rajah Gungaloo, Ria Daly, Alec Pedersen, and Anne O’Brien. We’re supported by our highly experienced associates: Tom McCormick, Norman Hughes, Sebastian Muir, and Ian Clarke, each of whom brings invaluable expertise and insight to our work.
We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who has contributed to our success over the years, especially our clients, past and present. We wouldn’t be here without your trust and collaboration. We’re also deeply grateful to our partners in the fields of Quality Systems Management and Business Excellence, including NQA, DQS, BSI, SGS, TÜV UK Limited, ISOQAR, and EFQM.
