Anne joined ley hill solutions in November 2022 as our Bid and Marketing Assistant. Prior to a career break to raise her three sons, she worked for 15 years in market research for both GfK and BMRB (Kantar). She specialised in customer satisfaction and employee engagement studies with a broad range of clients.
Working on a number of continuous global projects for clients such as British Airways and Forte Hotels, her main focus was quantitative measurement together with key driver analysis.
She often worked with organisations in times of profound change, e.g., with HMRC on a large employee engagement study during the merger of the Inland Revenue and HM Customs & Excise divisions; with Norwich Union and their subsidiaries (Hill House Hammond and Morley) during the launch of the Aviva brand.
Running projects from the initial proposal phase to data delivery and implementation, provided Anne with vital experience she is now using to assist us with our bid processes.
During her time at both GfK and BMRB, Anne was a department representative, working as part of the team ensuring effective implementation and on-going certification of ISO 9001.
